Hi, I found you through the NaBloPoMo blog randomizer. I think your address is easier to say than your neighbors because they have that double 's' thing going on with "seven seventy". "Seven sixty" rolls better.
I like that I live in Utah but that I still have a street name. So many people just have numbers in their addresses. Street names are just more quaint.
