We (The Doctor, The Teenager, and I) did 1.8 miles in 28 1/2 minutes tonight. I am tired! I did create my own playlist so I didn't have to carry a watch. That made it a lot easier.
I am hoping that by giving you all updates, it will keep me motivated to do it. Please leave me comments and keep encouraging me. I need all the help I can get!

That is awesome! I'm so impressed and proud of you. Take good care of your feet while starting out - I always get started trying to run and end up benched because of mine.
