I love that !!! I feel that way too many times. I have everything organized, all the things checked off my list, all the days planned with one fun Christmas activity to do with the kids, etc. Suddenly things go crazy , YM activities suddenly get rescheduled, church meetings are rescheduled, the school holds random assemblies, kids get sick, Gavin refuses to go to yet another store to go Christmas shopping, a sister's wedding suddenly happens admist all the Christmas stuff, etc. After this season is over I'll be sad (like I always am when everything is open) but I'll be happy when life slows down a bit.

That is hilarious! Especially because Vincent reads Dick and Jane everyday... I'll have to print it out and teach him some new words and a little irony.
