Revelations

It changed my life. It changed how I look at my children. It changed how I look at myself.

I love this little piece of insight into the parenting world. I am always engaged in thought about how my children act and why?? What did I do wrong, who are they getting this behavior, words, whatever it is, from. It's right, they develop their own little person and I find when I show my unconditional love (even in the yelling and discipline moments) there is a spark that clicks in their little brains and they want to change and love me back- they are actually sorry. Now this may perhaps change when they are older, but for now, I will enjoy the fact that they do feel remorse for the wrong behavior and perhaps pride from the right. (That is my tangent)
